The team is super friendly and offers top-notch customer service, making sure everything is packed up in an eco-friendly manner. Plus, I absolutely love the Love blend and the Woman blend—they smell incredible and feel like a ‘hug in a bottle’!

"I thought I picked the wrong option..."
I thought I picked the standard post option, but turns out I accidentally selected self pick up. When I called Penny Price, her colleague confirmed that I had indeed chosen self pick up. I explained that I didn’t live close enough to collect it and had made an error. She quickly said she’d send it out in the mail. And she did! I got it pretty fast. Big thanks to Penny Price for sorting out my mix-up in such a professional way. I really appreciated it. Liz.
